Shipping

Pieces will be shipped within 7 working days of payment being received. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Domestic shipping (within Australia)
Shipping rate is calculated by weight at checkout. A custom shipping quote will be arranged for orders weighing 5kg or more.

International shipping

Please email ceramicsbyviv@gmail.com directly for internaitonal shipping quotes. Please be aware that international customers will be liable for any local charges including sales tax, customs duty etc.

Refunds & Replacements

We take great care in sending your ceramics as safely and quickly was possible. however posting fragile goods is never 100% safe. If when your ceramics arrive they are damaged please email a photo of the said broken pieces within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue you with a replacement, refund or store credit at no additional cost.
